All 3EINGS orders are dispatched from our Hyderabad fulfilment hub via our premium logistics network, covering 29,000+ pin codes across India with access to 17+ courier partners. Orders are routed intelligently to the best-performing courier for your pin code based on speed, reliability, and delivery performance.

TRACKING

A shipping confirmation with your AWB (airway bill) tracking number is sent via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking activates within 12–24 hours of the shipment being picked up. You can track in real time through the link provided. For any tracking discrepancy, write to support@3eings.in with your order number.

PICKUP CUTOFF

Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) on a business day are eligible for same-day processing and dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

PRE-DISPATCH CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided dispatch has not yet occurred. Once an AWB is generated and the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible — the return process must be initiated instead. To cancel, email support@3eings.in immediately with your order number.

DROP RELEASE NOTE

During limited-edition drop launches, processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days due to elevated order volumes. We will communicate all delays proactively via email and our official Instagram channel.

FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability after 3 attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be marked as RTO and returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch is subject to fresh shipping charges at the applicable zone rate, payable in advance. Repeated COD refusals (2 or more instances) will result in COD being disabled for your account.

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of the stated delivery date, raise a support ticket at support@3eings.in within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

Legal Basis: Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Rules 5 & 6 — sellers must provide accurate upfront delivery timelines. Refunds are mandatory for orders not delivered within the stated period, except in cases of force majeure.

 

Grievance Redressal

 

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (Rule 4(5)(vi)), 3EINGS has designated a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints. All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days from receipt.

Consumer Forum: If dissatisfied, approach the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1915 or file at consumerhelpline.gov.in. Alternatively, approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your jurisdiction.

 

Legal Basis: Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Rule 4(5)(vi). Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Section 47. Complaints can be filed at the consumer's place of residence.

 

 General Terms & Legal Compliance

 

FORCE MAJEURE

3EINGS shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, courier partner disruptions, civil unrest, or pandemics. We will communicate proactively and process refunds where delivery cannot be completed.

POLICY AMENDMENTS

3EINGS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 grants consumers the right to file in their local jurisdiction.
