These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and 3EINGS ("we", "us", "our", "the Brand"), governing your access to and use of our website www.3eings.in and any purchase made through it. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
3EINGS is a storytelling streetwear brand. We believe clothing is a medium of emotional expression. These Terms exist to protect both you and us as we build that relationship.

02 Eligibility & User Accounts
By using this Website you confirm that you meet all of the following conditions:
• You are at least 18 years of age, or using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law in India or elsewhere.
• The personal and payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@3eings.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraud, or violate these Terms.
ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON
You may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits on drops, promotional offers, or store credits is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all associated orders and a permanent account ban.
Legal Basis: Indian Contract Act, 1872 — contracts entered into by persons of unsound mind or minors are voidable. By using this Website you warrant your legal capacity to contract.
03 Products, Drops & Availability
3EINGS operates on a limited-drop model. Products are released in defined quantities and may sell out without notice. Availability shown on the Website is indicative and subject to change.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, colours, and artwork. However, colours may appear differently across screens and devices. Minor variations between product imagery and actual garments do not constitute misrepresentation unless the variation is material and substantially alters the nature of the product.
DROP ACCESS
Certain drops may be subject to waitlists, early access codes, or community membership. Access to such drops is at our sole discretion. Participation in a waitlist or early access programme does not guarantee the right to purchase.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout completion.
LIMITED QUANTITIES
Each drop is produced in a limited run. We do not guarantee restocks. If you place an order and the item becomes unavailable after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
PRE-ORDERS
Where a product is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly communicated. Pre-orders are binding once payment is made. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 48 hours after placement, provided dispatch has not been initiated.
Legal Basis: Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Section 2(47) — unfair trade practice includes making false representation about the standard, quality, or grade of goods. Our pricing and product descriptions are aligned with this obligation.
04 Ordering & Payment
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email with a unique order ID. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not a guarantee of fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues — and will issue a full refund in such cases.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes. All prepaid transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
PRICING ERRORS
In the event of a manifest error in pricing (e.g. a product listed at ₹0 or an obviously incorrect amount), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
GST & TAXES
All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate under Indian GST law (5% for garments priced below ₹2,500 per piece; 18% for garments priced at or above ₹2,500 per piece, as per the GST 2.0 framework effective September 2025). A GST-compliant invoice will be issued with every order. If you require a B2B invoice with your GSTIN, you must provide it before order confirmation. We cannot retrospectively update invoices.
COD TERMS
COD orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹59. By placing a COD order you commit to accepting and paying for the package at delivery. Repeated COD refusals (2 or more) will result in permanent restriction of COD for your account. COD refunds are processed via NEFT/IMPS only.
Legal Basis: Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and RBI Payment Guidelines govern the processing of digital payments. GST applicability follows the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and related notifications.
05 Intellectual Property
All Content on this Website — including but not limited to the 3EINGS name, the brand wordmark, the figure-form logo, all character artwork, garment designs, photography, videography, written narratives, collection names, and the overall visual identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3EINGS or its licensed creators.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, scrape, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content on this Website without our express prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to: printing or reproducing our artwork or designs on your own garments or merchandise; using our brand name or logo in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement; and using our photography in any commercial context.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
You may share links to our Website and reference our brand on social media for non-commercial, personal use. Customers who purchase our products may photograph and share them on personal social media accounts, provided such use does not imply a formal brand partnership or endorsement and does not misrepresent the product.
USER CONTENT LICENCE
If you upload, submit, or share any content on our Website or tag us on social media (e.g. unboxing videos, styling photos, reviews), you grant 3EINGS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You warrant that you own or have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third party rights. We will credit you where reasonable and will not use your content in a misleading manner. You may withdraw this licence by notifying us in writing, after which we will cease future use (but not remove historical use).
TRADEMARK
"3EINGS", the stylised numeral-letter wordmark, and all associated logos and marks are proprietary to the brand. Unauthorised use of our trademarks in commerce is prohibited and may constitute infringement under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Legal Basis: Copyright Act, 1957 — original artistic works, including garment designs and brand artwork, are protected. Trade Marks Act, 1999 — the brand name and logo are protected marks. Infringement may attract civil and criminal liability.
06 Prohibited Conduct
By using this Website, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
• Placing fraudulent, speculative, or false orders.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to access the Website, purchase products, or scrape data.
• Purchasing products with the intent to resell at inflated prices without prior written authorisation from 3EINGS ("scalping").
• Submitting false or misleading reviews or ratings.
• Impersonating 3EINGS, its team members, or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or databases.
• Using the Website in any manner that violates applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the IT Act, 2000, and the DPDP Act, 2023.
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Website or interfere with other users' access.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Reproducing or reselling our Products in an unmodified form without our written consent.
CONSEQUENCES
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, forfeiture of any Store Credits, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or civil legal action. We reserve the right to pursue damages for losses caused by prohibited conduct.
Legal Basis: Information Technology Act, 2000, Sections 43 and 66 — unauthorised access to computer systems and data is a criminal offence. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — fraudulent conduct by buyers may also attract liability.
07 Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its Rules notified in November 2025. By using this Website and placing orders, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Contact data: email address, phone number, delivery address.
• Transaction data: order history, payment method type (not full card details), invoices.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookie data.

You have the right to: access a summary of your personal data we hold; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; erasure of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations); withdrawal of consent to marketing communications at any time; grievance redressal through our designated Data Protection contact. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of your account and associated non-statutory data at any time.
DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, access controls, and secure payment processing to protect your personal data. In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm to you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours and inform affected users as required under the DPDP Rules, 2025.
COOKIES
We use essential cookies to operate the Website and optional analytics and marketing cookies to improve your experience. You may manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner on the Website. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Website functionality.
THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We share your data with trusted third-party service providers (payment gateways, logistics partners, email platforms, analytics providers) solely for the purpose of operating our business. These processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

08 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Website at any time without notice, though we will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
While we ensure quality control on all products before dispatch, 3EINGS is not liable for: normal wear and tear after use; damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions on the garment label; colour fading due to prolonged sun exposure or improper washing; or shrinkage resulting from washing at incorrect temperatures.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. social media platforms, payment portals). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party website. Accessing third-party sites via our Website is at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3EINGS' total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Legal Basis: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — liability limitations cannot override mandatory statutory rights (e.g. refunds for defective goods). The above limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override your rights as a consumer.
09 Force Majeure
3EINGS shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather events.
• Acts of government, regulatory restrictions, import/export embargoes, or pandemics.
• National strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.
• Courier partner network failures, port closures, or logistics disruptions.
• Internet outages, cyberattacks, or power failures affecting our operations.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, communicate revised timelines, and offer a full refund if performance cannot be resumed within a reasonable period.
10 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that any content on this Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at legal@3eings.in with:
• Your full name and contact details.
• A description of the work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location on our Website where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or applicable law.
• A declaration that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Where infringement is substantiated, we will take appropriate action including removal of the content.
Legal Basis: IT Act, 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 — we are required to address copyright and trademark complaints in accordance with these rules.
11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to Indian law.
JURISDICTION
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (which grants consumers the right to file complaints before the Consumer Commission at their place of residence), any dispute not resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
As a consumer, you have the right to approach: the National Consumer Helpline at 1915; the online portal consumerhelpline.gov.in; or the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your jurisdiction. You are not required to exhaust our internal grievance process before approaching a consumer forum, though we encourage you to contact us first.
ARBITRATION (COMMERCIAL DISPUTES)
For any dispute of a commercial nature between 3EINGS and a business entity (not an individual consumer), the parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Legal Basis: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — consumer disputes may be filed where the consumer resides. Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 — commercial disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
12 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:
• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
• Post the revised Terms on this Website.
• Where changes are material, notify registered users via email with a summary of changes and a 14-day notice period before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website and may close your account by contacting us at support@3eings.in.
13 Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any other policies published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3EINGS regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
